21304 Doctor Who was a 623 piece Ideas set with 6 minifigs released in 2015. It was submitted in February 2014 by fan designer Andrew Clark (AndrewClark2) who is a Senior Artist at Firaxis Gam. It was retired in November 2016 with a lifespan of 11 months.
